We represent the client — not the contractor — and bring international project management practice to local delivery conditions: planning, procurement, cost control, technical coordination and site supervision under one accountable team.

Cambodia and Laos share fast-growing industrial, commercial and residential markets — and similar delivery challenges: evolving regulations, mixed contractor capability and limited owner-side project teams.
