He is the founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Cambodian Investment Management (CIM), a diversified business group providing corporate finance, accounting, taxation, insurance, human resources, and business advisory services. His international banking career includes senior positions with ANZ, Citibank, J.P. Morgan Chase, and Bank of New York. Anthony has served as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham Cambodia) and has held leadership and board positions across business associations and private enterprises. His regional experience also includes involvement with the American-Lao Business Association. His professional background encompasses investment strategy, corporate governance, financial management, and regional business development.
